Then a friend of mine made it, and highly recommended it, so I made it tonight.
I think the recipe says you can use red or white wine vinegar. I used white.
It took about five minutes.
And I decided to have it on just a plain green salad with tomatoes. I wanted the dressing to shine, and it did. This vinaigrette is delicious. One for the recipe files.
